There are 6 biscuits per wrapper. Each biscuit weighs between 6-6.5 grams and should be able to be steeped approximately 8-10 times making about a gallon of tea. I spent the entire afternoon enjoying cup after cup of tea from just one biscuit. It was a very enjoyable first experience of high quality tea. You'll be able to detect the sweet aroma of honey as you enjoy your tea. Even after you finish it the aroma will linger in your cup. This is an non-fermented tea and while it is a green tea it's not the same as green tea. I personally recommend the Chinese method as it creates a superior cup of tea.
